It's hard to score this place. Absolutely amazing accommodation! Had everything we needed and more. The area is remote but saying that it's only a short drive to Ilfracombe. I feel it would be better if there was an onsite shop . But our overall experience was great 👍

Stayed at Surf Lodge. It has 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. It has everything we need except the washing machines where you have to hire laundrette nearby. It is within 30 minutes driving to the the main tourist attractions ( Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Combe Martin etc.)

Nice and quiet place to stay, excellent views of The Atlantic, Bristol Channel and great location to explore the delights of North Devon and the moors. Some great restaurants and bars within a short distance, excellent bus service on the doorstep and nice eatery within a short walk.

Nice little park, nothing much to it in terms of activity, just well maintained and quiet caravans. But the restaurant is fantastic, and it is really easy to get to Ilfracombe and Willicombe by car or bus.

I booked a private lodge so won’t comment on that here. But just wanted to say the park is in a good location for woolacombe, ilfracombe and Croyde etc. The views are lovely. They could do more to encourage guests to recycle though. Because the bins aren’t being used properly.
